Refusal to Bargain--Refusal to Recognize Union--Failure to Furnish Data.--By failing to recognize, bargain with, or furnish relevant requested information to a union that was certified as an employee representative, an employer violated its bargaining duty. The employer previously recognized a rival union, but that recognition was set aside in an order of the NLRB and, therefore, the employer had a duty to recognize and bargain with the certified union.
