Interference--Coercive Remarks--Employer’s Antiunion Campaign.--Once an employer discovered that its employees were involved in organizing a union, it committed a series of unfair labor practices designed to interfere with the employees’ right to select a bargaining representative. These coercive unlawful acts included threatening loss of benefits and jobs, promising continued employment for not selecting the union, informing employees that it would be futile to select the union and threatening to close the facility if the union was elected.
