Discrimination--Filing Charge with NLRB--Collaboration of Employees.--By discharging four employees and telling one that it would never rehire them, because it believed that they either filed or supported an employee who had filed an unfair labor practice charge before the NLRB, an employer discriminated against them. The employer led the employees to believe that there was no work available for them and failed to call them back to work because of their perceived support of the NLRB charge. Section 8(a)(4).
