Interference--Reprisal for Union Activity--Discipline and Discharge.--In an attempt to deter the efforts of its employees who were engaged in a union organizing campaign, an employer committed several unfair labor practices. These unlawful acts that interfered with the employees’ right to freely select a bargaining representative included issuing an overly broad no-solicitation rule, issuing written reprimands to unionists and discharging six employees because they engaged in concerted protected activity. Section 8(a)(1).
