With regard to the Region's submission in the above-captioned case, we agree with the Region that the lack of a time limitation on the scope of the severance agreement's confidentiality clause and the inclusion of “customers” in that clause, which solely references Trade Secret Information, do not render the agreement unlawfully overbroad.
