The products include crib bumpers, infant swings, kids’ pajamas, bike helmets, and youth ATVs.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is urging consumers to stop using the following products immediately because they pose a risk of serious injury or death. CPSC has issued Notices of Violation to the sellers, but the firms have not agreed to an acceptable recall.
Bike helmets. Favoto bike helmets violate the positional stability, certification, and labeling requirements of the mandatory safety standard for bicycle helmets. They also can fail to protect riders in the event of a crash, posing a deadly risk of head injury. The helmets were sold in the color combination black/red with black padding, black straps with a silver reflective pattern in the center, and a black and red buckle with a black chin strap. They have a black plastic knob at the back for adjusting the fitting. About 2,200 units were sold on Amazon by Shenzhen Favoto Co., Ltd., of China, from April 2022 through January 2025 (Product Safety Warning, No. 26-041).
Crib bumpers. Uoxin crib bumpers can obstruct an infant’s breathing, posing a risk of serious injury or death from suffocation. Padded crib bumpers are banned under the Safe Sleep for Babies Act. The crib bumpers have a dinosaur pattern and may have been sold in other patterns. About 290 units were sold on SHEIN.com by Uoxin-Marketplace, of China, from June 2025 through July 2025 for between $30 and $33 (Product Safety Warning, No. 26-031).

They were sold online at SHEIN.com from July 2025 through September 2025 for between $20 and $40 (Product Safety Warning, No. 26-034).
Hair dryers. Wish Hair Dryers lack an integrated immersion protection device and, thus, can cause death or serious injury due to electrocution and shock hazards. Three models are affected: (1) the Blue Light Anion Electric hair dryer, which is black or purple; (2) the High-power Household Mini Folding hair dryer, which comes in a blue and white color combination with a red switch; and (3) the Hands-free Hair Dryer with Tripod Stand, which is white with an orange transparent nozzle. The products were sold online at Wish.com for between $20 and $50 (Product Safety Warning, No. 26-045).
High chair toys. Rony Mar’s Ferris Wheel High Chair Toys violate the small parts ban because if they are broken, small beads can detach from the toys, posing a deadly aspiration hazard. About 900 units were sold on Amazon from March 2021 through August 2025 for between $10 and $20 (Product Safety Warning, No. 26-076).

Infant walkers. Uuoeebb infant walkers can fit through a standard doorway and fail to stop at the edge of a step. They also have leg openings that allow a child to slip down until the child's head can become entrapped.
