The company will arrange for the delivery of a free replacement high chair.

Harppa has recalled about 4,300 5-in-1 Convertible High Chairs for babies and toddlers due to fall and entrapment hazards. The chairs violate the mandatory federal standard for high chairs because they were sold without the required attached restraint system, creating a risk of falls. Additionally, a child’s head can become trapped between the seat and tray, posing a deadly entrapment hazard (CPSC Recall Notice, No. 26-061 (Oct. 30, 2025)).

Incidents and injuries. No injuries have been reported.

Product description. The recalled product is the Harppa 5-in-1 Convertible High Chair, Model BHC001, with production batch number 202408 printed on a label on the back of the chair. The chairs feature a plastic seat frame, metal legs, tray, cushioned seat insert, and footrest, and can convert into a toddler armchair, baby dining chair, and baby rocking chair. They were sold in green, pink, and gray colors. The chairs were manufactured in China and were available on Walmart.com from August 2024 through July 2025 for $60 to $80.

Remedy. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled high chairs and contact Harppa for a free replacement. To participate, consumers must email recall@harppababy.com with the order number, order date, or a photo of the tracking label on the seatback. After verification, Harppa will arrange delivery of a replacement chair. Consumers must also disassemble and destroy the recalled chair by cutting the restraints and seat cover, then email photos of the destroyed parts as proof.

Customer contact. For more information, customers may contact Harppa toll-free at 844-796-8168 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET Monday through Friday; by email at recall@harppababy.com; or online at https://harppababy.com/pages/2025-harppa-high-chair-model-bhc001-voluntary-recall and click “Recall” at the top of the page.
