Under the terms of the Consent Agreement, Agrium will sell to CHS the following retail outlets: CPS Bow Island, AB; CPS Eaglesham, AB; CPS Lacombe, AB; Viterra Alix, AB; Viterra Alliance, AB; Viterra Edenwold, SK; and Viterra Vauxhall, AB.
