Cybersecurity Policy Report, Proposal on Cybersecurity Assessments Published in Croatia, (Apr 16, 2025)
Croatia’s Institute for Information Systems Security (ZSIS) has published draft guidelines on the use of cybersecurity self-assessments for public consultation.
Self-assessments can determine how well an organization is complying with established cybersecurity risk management measures and the maturity of its cybersecurity program, according to a news release.
ZSIS notes that organizations obligated to undertake self-assessments must comply with the rules contained in the guidelines. To achieve a high level of cybersecurity, ZSIS will review the guidelines and, if necessary, amend them at least once every two years.
Comments on the draft guidelines should be submitted by May 15 via the e-Consultation portal.
