Poland's National Revenue Administration has reported on a transfer pricing probe into companies engaged in the construction sector.

The tax agency reported that it had secured PLN430m (USD118.34m) from enforcement action taken against two firms.

The cases involved overstated expenses, resulting in the two companies submitting corrections to their declarations to raise their tax liability in Poland.
