    Nadia Dombrowski, an attorney with extensive experience in the payments industry, has joined the payments practice at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP as a partner in the firm’s New York office, according to the firm’s announcement.

    Nadia Dombrowski, an attorney with extensive experience in the payments industry, has joined the payments practice at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP as a partner in the firm’s New York office, according to the firm’s announcement.

    Dombrowski was most recently a Senior Vice President at Bank of America, where she had enterprise-wide responsibility for payment networks and their relationships, agreements, and projects with the bank. She first entered the payments industry in 1996 when she joined GE Capital as counsel in its Retailer Financial Services Unit. From 2003-2005, Dombrowski served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Global Realty Outsourcing, a leading business process outsourcing company that specialized in the real estate and mortgage industries. In 2005, she joined MasterCard Worldwide, where she was employed as Senior Vice President and Group Head, Lead Region Counsel for the U.S region.
