The firm will provide a replacement kit made of stainless steel.

About 253,500 4our Kiddies plastic tip-restraint kits have been recalled after federal safety testing found that the products can break or degrade over time, creating a tip over hazard. The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) said the kits, used to secure furniture to walls, may fail and lead to serious injuries or death, particularly involving children or elderly individuals (CPSC Recall Notice, No. 26-340 (Mar. 26, 2026)).

Incidents and injuries. At least 150 breakage incidents have been reported, including three cases involving furniture tip overs.

Product description. The recall covers plastic tip-restraint kits that include two white plastic brackets or mounts, a white plastic cable zip tie, two pairs of screws, and two drywall anchors.

The kits were manufactured in China and imported by Shenzhen City Donglin E Commerce Co., Ltd., doing business as 4our Kiddies. They were sold on Amazon.com from June 2019 through January 2026 at prices ranging from $6 to $21.

Remedy. Consumers are advised to stop using the plastic restraints immediately and contact 4our Kiddies for a free stainless steel replacement kit. They are also instructed to keep children away from furniture secured with the recalled product and dispose of the plastic restraints after installing the replacement.

Customer contact. For more information, customers may contact 4our Kiddies by email at furniturestraps-recall@outlook.com.
