About 228 Moodooy adult portable bed rails are being recalled because they violate the mandatory federal standard for such products. Users can become entrapped within the rail or between the rail and the mattress, posing a risk of death by asphyxiation. The bed rails also lack required hazard warning labels (CPSC Recall Notice, No. 26-608 (July 9, 2026)).
Incidents and injuries. No incidents or injuries have been reported in connection with the recalled bed rails.
Product description. The recall involves Moodooy-branded adult portable bed rails with a white frame, black trim, and a black storage pocket. The brand name “Moodooy” and model “F311” are printed on the storage pocket. The bed rails measure about 12 inches wide and 21 inches to 23 inches tall when extended. The products were sold online at Amazon.com in February 2026 for about $38. They were manufactured in China and sold by Shenzhen Yuezhang Network Technology Co. Ltd., doing business as YUEZHANG.
Remedy. Consumers should stop using the recalled bed rails immediately and contact YUEZHANG for a full refund. To receive the refund, consumers must cut the black safety strap in half, write “RECALLED” on the upper and lower bed rails with a permanent marker, take a photograph of the marked product with the buyer’s name written on a piece of paper, and email the photograph to the company.
Customer contact. Consumers can contact YUEZHANG by email at [email protected].
