About 5,000 Arizer Solo III Intergalactic (Black) portable electronic vaporizers are being recalled because the internal lithium-ion battery can explode or ignite, posing fire and burn hazards with a risk of serious injury or death (CPSC Recall Notice, No. 26-565 (June 18, 2026)).
Incidents and injuries. The importer, 7111495 Canada Inc., dba Arizer Tech, has received four reports of the batteries exploding or igniting.
Product description. The recall involves Arizer Solo III portable electronic vaporizers in the Intergalactic (black) color. The devices are powered by an internal lithium-ion battery and feature a rigid anodized aluminum housing, a front-facing digital display for temperature and device settings, and a stainless steel heating chamber with removable glass components. The recall applies only to units with serial numbers beginning with the following prefixes: M3B1G5, M3F4G6, M35C43, M3PN54, M3SR42, M38G53, M3G576, and M3C121. The serial number is etched on the bottom of the device and is also printed on the outside of the product packaging. UPC 628078802274 is printed on the product packaging.
The vaporizers, which were manufactured in China, were sold for about $300 at specialty, health and wellness, and adult novelty stores nationwide and online at Arizer.com from May 2025 through January 2026.
Remedy. Consumers are instructed to stop using the recalled vaporizers immediately and contact the importer for a replacement unit. After registering for the recall and confirming that their serial number falls within the affected range, consumers will receive instructions to dispose of the device. To obtain a replacement Solo III V2 unit, consumers must submit a photograph showing the word “recalled” written on the device and confirm that they disposed of it in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The recall notice instructs consumers not to throw the lithium-ion battery or device in the trash, curbside recycling, or standard battery recycling boxes, and instead to contact a local household hazardous waste collection center for proper disposal guidance.
