The company is offering a full refund.

Los Angeles-based SHEIN Distribution Corporation has announced a recall of approximately 17,300 children's pajama sets because they violate federal flammability regulations and pose a burn hazard. The recall specifically affects the SHEIN EVRYDAY Kids’ Pajama Sets and were sold exclusively online at SHEIN.com. Consumers are advised to immediately stop using the recalled pajamas and contact SHEIN for a full refund (CPSC Recall Notice, No. 25-131 (Feb. 13, 2025)).

Product description. The recalled pajama sets, made from 97% polyester and 3% elastane, come in four colors: blue, pink, purple, and orange, and were available in sizes ranging from 8Y to 12Y. The potential risk arises from the pajamas' failure to meet the flammability standards set for children’s sleepwear. There have been no reported incidents or injuries associated with the pajamas to date.

The recalled products were sold online from August 2023 through November 2024 for about $20 each. The pajamas were manufactured in China and are identifiable by their specific SKU numbers, which are printed on a seam label inside the garments. Consumers in possession of the recalled pajama sets should immediately remove them from use and contact SHEIN for a refund.

Customer contact. SHEIN is reaching out to all known purchasers directly to inform them of the recall and the steps for reimbursement. Customers can reach SHEIN toll-free at 833-853-8668 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT, Monday through Friday, or by email at uscsteam@shein.com. Additional information is also available on SHEIN’s website under the “Product Recalls” section.
