The product violates the mandatory standard for toys.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has issued a safety warning urging consumers to immediately stop using Vndueey Magnet Men Toy Sets due to serious ingestion hazards. The toy sets contain multiple small, high-powered magnets. If swallowed, these magnets can cause severe internal injuries or death (CPSC Product Safety Warning, No. 26-009 (Oct. 9, 2025)).
The toy sets consist of 10 flexible, person-shaped figures packaged in clear containers. Each figure includes small magnets embedded in the hands and feet. The toys are available in various colors including red, orange, pink, yellow, blue, bright red, bright green, and transparent. These magnets are small enough to fit within CPSC’s small parts cylinder and are stronger than permitted under federal regulations.
The products were manufactured in China and were sold on Amazon from October 2023 through August 2025 for about $25. CPSC has issued a Notice of Violation to the seller, Shanghai Zhidi Network Technology Co., Ltd., operating as Vndueey, based in China. However, the company has not agreed to recall the product or provide a remedy to consumers.
Consumers are instructed to immediately stop using the toy sets, take them away from children, and dispose of them. These products should not be sold or given away.
