Bellabu Bear has recalled approximately 1,300 children’s robes due to a violation of federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear. The robes pose a risk of burn injuries to children (CPSC Recall Notice, No. 26-013 (Oct. 9, 2025)).
Incidents and injuries. No injuries have been reported.
Product description. The recall involves Bellabu Bear’s bamboo sherpa children’s robes, which are long-sleeved and sold in various prints including PAW Patrol, Garfield, Minecraft, Minions, Batman, Justice League, Wonder Woman, Blaze and the Monster Machines, Trolls, Dora, Nutcracker, hearts, Santa, stripes, bows, and dragons. Each robe features sherpa lining, two front pockets, and a matching belt. They were sold in children’s sizes S/M and M/L. The neck label includes the brand name “Bellabu Bear,” the code “BB-NW12109,” and the size.
The robes were sold from January 2024 through July 2025 at Saks Fifth Avenue stores, boutiques nationwide, and online at Bellabubear.com, Letthembelittleboutique.com, Saksfifthavenue.com, and other retailers for about $60.
Remedy. Consumers are advised to immediately stop using the recalled robes and keep them away from children. Bellabu Bear is offering a full refund or store credit for the original purchase price. Customers will receive a prepaid shipping label to return the product.
