    State Tax Day - Current, S.23, Oregon—Miscellaneous Tax: Transient Lodging Tax Increased, (Apr 23, 2026)

    Oregon has increased the state transient lodging tax from 1.5% to 2.75%, on consideration charged on or after January 1, 2027. Receipts must describe the amount from the increased tax as a "nature conservation fee."
