    All affected vehicles were repaired by December 29, 2025.

    Zoox, Inc. has recalled about 332 Automated Driving Systems (ADS) equipped with software versions released prior to December 19, 2025, because at or near intersections, Zoox vehicles may cross the yellow center line and drive into or stop in front of oncoming traffic, which increases the risk of a crash (NHTSA Recall Notice, No. 25E090, Report receipt date: Dec. 19, 2025).

    Remedy. Zoox has updated the ADS software, free of charge. All affected driverless fleet vehicles were repaired by December 29, 2025. Zoox's number for this recall is 25-04.
