International law firm Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP has welcomed attorney Michael P. A. Cohen as a partner in the firm’s Antitrust and Competition practice group. He joins the firm’s San Francisco office from Paul Hastings.

Cohen focuses his practice on all areas of competition law, representing clients in a wide range of areas, including the broadcast, digital media, food processing, health care, heavy manufacturing, high tech, oil and gas, and transportation industries. He co-founded and chaired Paul Hastings’ global Antitrust and International Competition practice.
