Attorney Allen R. Bachman has joined K&L Gates LLP’s antitrust, competition and trade regulation practice as a partner in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. He joins from Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani LLP.

Bachman concentrates his practice on antitrust law, representing clients in merger clearance proceedings before the Justice Department Antitrust Division and FTC, in addition to complex antitrust disputes in federal and state courts. He also advises clients on the impact of antitrust laws on business activities, including standard setting, trade association participation, compliance programs and audits, sales and marketing practices, and licensing, royalty, and settlement agreements.
