    Intellectual Property attorney Susan H. Frohling, formerly Kraft Foods’ chief trademark counsel, has joined Brinks Gilson & Lione’s trademarks and unfair competition, international trademark, and copyright practice groups as counsel. She will be based in the firm’s Chicago office, the firm has announced.

    While serving with Kraft, Frohling counseled marketers, strategy teams, and senior executives on a broad range of copyright, right of publicity, and trademark matters, including brand protection and strategy, global and domestic clearance, licensing, litigation strategy, and IP issues in social media. She also served as Kraft’s trademark and copyright lead for large mergers and acquisitions.
