Global law firm Bird & Bird has welcomed Thomas Oster as a partner in the firm’s Competition & EU group. He joins the firm’s Paris office from Baker & McKenzie.
Oster focuses his practice on European competition law, as well as commercial and distribution law. He also has extensive experience in competition litigation, advising clients on cartel investigations, and assisting companies in preparing leniency applications before the European Commission and French Competition Authority.
