    Nicola Northway, Managing Director of Barclays’ Global Competition Team, will be joining global law firm Baker & McKenzie as a partner in the firm’s global Antitrust & Competition practice. She will be based in the firm’s London office, the firm has announced.

    At Baker & McKenzie, Northway will concentrate on supporting clients in antitrust and competition matters, utilizing her broader regulatory, merger control, competition litigation, compliance, and cross-border investigations experience. Prior to joining Barclays, where she is currently responsible for the bank’s global antitrust and competition law capabilities, Northway served as General Counsel for gas and electricity regulator Ofgem.
