    The Kenyan Government has launched a consultation on a proposal to conclude an agreement for the avoidance of double taxation with Switzerland.

    The Government said the proposed text of the agreement can be obtained from the National Treasury, from Room 1234 on the 12th floor, on working days between 09:00 and 16:00.

    Comments are being invited by October 11, 2024.
