    A panel of franchise practitioners will review the seven key cases of franchising; explore each case’s historical context, facts, outcome, and long-term effect; and provide perspective and insight on franchising trends affected by these judicial rulings. The webinar will feature moderator Earsa R. Jackson of Strasburger & Price LLP and speakers Barry M. Heller of DLA Piper and Robert Zarco of Zarco Einhorn Salkowski & Brito, P.A.
