The ABA Forum on Franchising has initiated the nomination process for filling 2015 leadership positions by selecting the five-member nominating committee, which will recommend candidates for positions opening up next year.

In accordance with the Forum’s By-Laws, the election process begins with the appointment of a Nominating Committee by the Forum Chair. The committee is headed by the Immediate Past Chair.

Forum Chair Deborah S. Coldwell of Haynes and Boone, LLP has announced the appointment of the following members to the 2014 Nominating Committee: Joseph J. Fittante, Jr. of Larkin Hoffman Daly & Lindgren, Ltd.; Susan A. Grueneberg of Snell & Wilmer LLP; Amy Cheng of Cheng Cohen LLC; Justin M. Klein of Marks & Klein LLP; and Sarah J. Yatchak of Buffalo Wild Wings Inc.

The Nominating Committee will recommend candidates to fill the positions of Chair of the Forum and four Member-at-Large positions on the Governing Committee, which will become open in August 2015. At that time, Chair Deborah Coldwell and four Governing Committee members—Diane Green-Kelly, Karen Satterlee, Will Woods, and Tami McKnew—will complete their terms.

Forum members who wish to recommend candidates to fill these positions should convey their comments to Joe Fittante at JFittante@larkinhoffman.com, no later than May 15, 2014.
