    Customers will receive a refund after submitting proof that the product has been destroyed.

    About 1,350 adult portable bed rails from two brands have been recalled because they violate the mandatory federal safety standard and pose risks of entrapment, asphyxiation, falls, and lacerations. The recalls cover about 800 Beloems Adult Portable Bed Rails and about 550 Fortemotus Adult Portable Bed Rails.

    Incidents and injuries. No incidents or injuries have been reported with either product.

    Beloems recall. The Beloems recall involves model BL BR201 bed rails, which have white metal tubing, foam handle grips, support legs, and a fabric pouch. The Beloems logo appears on the fabric cover. The item was sold on Amazon.com from June 2025 through October 2025 for about $90. The bed rails were manufactured in China by Leioujiapin Technology Co., Ltd., dba Beloems. Consumers are instructed to stop using the product, destroy it by cutting the foam padding, mark “RECALLED” on the rails, photograph the destroyed item, and email the photo leioujiapin@163.com to receive a refund (CPSC Recall Notice, No. 26-267 (Feb. 12, 2026)).

    Fortemotus recall. The Fortemotus recall involves model USFTMTJAS008 bed rails, which have black metal tubing, black foam grips, support legs, and a fabric pouch. The Fortemotus logo is printed on the fabric cover, and the rails measure roughly 30 inches by 30 inches. They were sold on Amazon.com from August 2025 through October 2025 for about $100. They were manufactured in China by Guangzhou Kezhinuo Maoyi Youxian Gongsi, dba Fortemotus Direct US. Consumers should stop using the rails, destroy them by cutting the foam padding, photograph the destroyed product, and email the photo to fortemotusofficial@outlook.com for a full refund (CPSC Recall Notice, No. 26-263 (Feb. 12, 2026)).
