Consumers should contact the firm for a child-resistant replacement cap.

Mindbodygreen, of Miami, Florida, is recalling about 148,370 bottles of Mindbodygreen Ultimate Multivitamin+ dietary supplements because the packaging is not child resistant, posing a risk of serious injury or death from poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children (CPSC Recall Notice, No. 26-221 (Jan. 29, 2026)).

Incidents and injuries. No incidents or injuries have been reported.

Product description. The recalled product is Mindbodygreen Ultimate Multivitamin+ dietary supplements sold in eight ounce amber glass bottles with black caps, each containing 60 capsules. A complete list of the affected UPCs, lot numbers, and manufacturing dates is available on CPSC’s website.

The supplements were sold online at mindbodygreen.com from November 2021 through November 2025 for prices ranging from $40 to $70, depending on subscription options. They were manufactured in the United States by Arizona Nutritional Supplements of Chandler, Arizona, and VitaQuest of Caldwell, New Jersey, and distributed by Mindbodygreen.

Remedy. Consumers are advised to immediately secure the recalled bottles out of the sight and reach of children. Mindbodygreen is providing a free, child resistant replacement cap to affected consumers. Once the replacement cap is installed and the supplements are secured, consumers may continue to use the product as directed.
