About 27,400 bottles of Tomum Hair Regrowth Treatment with Minoxidil are being recalled because the product’s spray bottles are not child resistant as required under the Poison Prevention Packaging Act. The noncompliant packaging poses a risk of serious injury or death from poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children (CPSC Recall Notice, No. 26-312 (Mar. 5, 2026)).
Incidents and injuries. No incidents or injuries have been reported.
Product description. The recall covers 100 mL spray bottles of Tomum Minoxidil Hair Growth Treatment. The product comes in a silver bottle with a blue wraparound label and black cap, packaged in a blue box printed with “TOMUM” and “Hair Growth Treatment.”
The items were manufactured China and sold on Amazon.com between March and September 2025 for about $20. They were distributed by Belleka Inc., doing business as TOMUM.
Remedy. Consumers are advised to immediately store the recalled bottles out of children’s reach and contact Belleka for a free replacement. Belleka will provide two 60 mL child resistant bottles of the serum after consumers send a photo showing the old bottle disposed of in the trash.
Customer contact. For more information, customers may contact Belleka at 862 244-1785 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET Monday through Friday; by email at tomumcs@gmail.com; or online at https://itomum.com/contact-us/ or https://itomum.com.
