The products pose fall and entrapment hazards.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has issued urgent warnings regarding two infant walker products—HolyBase and TreeCute—citing violations of mandatory safety standards and serious risks of injury or death due to fall and entrapment hazards. The walkers were manufactured in China (CPSC Product Safety Warnings, Nos. 26-029 and 26-033 (Oct. 16, 2025)).
HolyBase walkers. The HolyBase infant walkers, sold on Amazon from June 2025 through September 2025, pose multiple safety risks. According to CPSC, the walkers can fit through standard doorways and fail to stop at the edge of steps. Additionally, the leg openings may allow a child to slip down until the head becomes entrapped. Approximately 2,800 units were sold for prices ranging from $60 to $130. The walkers are collapsible and feature a round base with six wheels, nine adjustable height settings, and a push handle. They were sold in black, green, pink, and white, with “Model No: BW001” printed under the seat. The seller, HolyBase, of China, has not agreed to a recall or consumer remedy.
TreeCute walkers. The TreeCute infant walkers have identical hazards. About 1,240 units were sold on Amazon from May 2025 through September 2025, with prices between $70 and $100. The walkers share the same design features and color options as the HolyBase models, with “Model No: RV001” printed under the seat. The seller, TreeCute, of China, has not responded to CPSC’s request for a recall or corrective action.
Agency warning. CPSC urges consumers to immediately stop using both HolyBase and TreeCute infant walkers and dispose of them. These products should not be sold or given away due to the significant safety risks they pose.
