    The USPTO has announced the addition of two new online resources for trademark users.

    The Trademark Litigation Online Toolkit answers common questions trademark litigation. The Toolkit describes the available options and provides links to resources to assist users in responding to a cease-and-desist letter or an infringement complaint.

    The TEAS “Nuts and Bolts” video series comprises nine how-to videos that provide information the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) and TEAS PLUS initial application forms. Each video shows how each page of the form is used and provides examples. The videos are not a substitute for obtaining legal advice, the USPTO notes.
