Thailand's Ministry of Finance has announced extensions to the deadlines for e-filing tax returns, for returns due between February 1, 2024, and January 31, 2027.

The announcement provides an additional eight days for taxpayers to file returns electronically, compared with the deadlines for paper returns.

As such, the annual corporate income tax return (PND50) and the transfer pricing report should be filed by 158 days of a company's financial year end.

Annual personal income tax returns should be filed by April 8, and withholding tax returns should be filed by the 15th day of the following month.
