    Legislation has been tabled in France's legislature for the ratification of a new replacement DTA signed with Finland in 2023.

    India-Bahrain

    Negotiations

    On November 3, India and Bahrain announced that the two countries have agreed to launch negotiations on a DTA.

    Switzerland-Zimbabwe

    Legislation

    The Swiss Federal Council on November 5 adopted a dispatch on the DTA signed with Zimbabwe in March 2025. Parliament must now approve legislation ratifying the agreement to enable it to enter into force.

    France-Sweden

    Protocol

    Legislation has been tabled in France's legislature for the ratification of a DTA Protocol signed with Sweden in 2023.

    Brazil-Malaysia

    Negotiations

    Brazil and Malaysia have agreed the importance of completing ongoing negotiations on a DTA, during meetings between Brazil's President and Malaysia's Prime Minister in Kuala Lumpur on October 25.
