Entry into force

The DTA between Andorra and Iceland entered into force on May 10, 2024, the Government of Andorra announced on May 31, 2024.

Argentina-Tunisia

Negotiations

Following a meeting on June 11, representatives from Argentina and Tunisia agreed to push for the conclusion of ongoing negotiations towards the conclusion of a new DTA.

Switzerland-Angola

Approval

The Swiss Federal Council on June 14 approved a dispatch on a DTA with Angola. Legislation ratifying the double tax agreement, to enable it to enter into force, must now be approved by Swiss lawmakers.

Switzerland-Germany

Approval

The Swiss Federal Council on June 14 approved a dispatch on a DTA Protocol with Germany, which must now be approved by lawmakers.

Spain-Kyrgyzstan

Termination

The Spanish Council of Ministers on June 11 acknowledged the termination of the DTA with Kyrgyzstan.

United States-Russia

Suspension

The US Treasury on June 17 confirmed the suspension of provisions in the DTA with Russia.
