    Singapore’s Ministry of Digital Development and Information released an amendment last week to its schedule outlining statutory bodies subject to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

    The amendments to the schedule include the following:

    1. Updating an existing item to replace a reference to the SkillsFuture Singapore Agency with its successor, the Skills and Workforce Development Agency; and

    2. Deleting a reference to the Workforce Singapore Agency.

    The changes are effective July 1.
