The FCC’s Enforcement Bureau has ordered nine companies to cure deficiencies in their RMD (robocall mitigation database) certifications or explain why their certifications should not be removed from the RMD.

The order adopted in File EB-TCD-26-00041364 (formerly File EB-TCD-25-0003856) states that each of the companies—Advantage Investors LLC, sunstreamnetwork, Quantum Link VOIP, Summit Industries, Scissortail Communications LLC, Globe Tech Solutions, COLLECTION 3 LLC, Alpha Stream, and MMN Tech LLC—“failed to respond to multiple traceback requests from the industry traceback consortium, which is contrary to their certifications in the RMD.”

“Removal of a Company’s certification from the RMD would require all intermediate providers and voice service providers to cease accepting all calls directly from the Company, except those to 911 or from public safety answering points and government emergency numbers,” the bureau added.

The companies each have 14 days to respond.
