Poland's Finance Ministry has announced that the National e-Invoice System was integrated with the National Electronic Identification Node on February 14, 2026.

As a result, KSeF users can authenticate in the system using the mObywatel application or mojeID.

The mObywatel application is the Government's digital identity solution, while mojeID is an identification solution developed by the banking industry.

The National e-Invoice System (KSeF) was launched on February 1, 2026. Under KSeF, sellers must prepare an invoice based on a template developed by the Ministry of Finance. The recipient of the goods or services can then log in to the system and view and download the relevant invoice.
