It covers dates of service from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025.

The Division of Operations-Management of the Office of the General Counsel has issued a memorandum outlining the dates for hearings and statement of position due dates, pursuant to the scheduling requirements provided by Section 102.63(a), (b) of the Board’s Rules and Regulations for cases not presenting unusually complex issues.

The table included in the memo sets forth the hearing dates and due dates for the Statement(s) of Position for RC, RD, and RM petitions with dates of service from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, for petitions which do not present unusually complex issues. The calculation of the due date is from the date the Notice of Representation Hearing is served, which the memo notes in some instances will be later than the date the petition was filed.
