    The firm will inspect the multiplex, update the software, and repair the wiring harness as necessary.

    Temsa is recalling approximately 594 2021-2025 TS30, TS35, and 2021-2026 TS45 buses equipped with a Mux5-B multiplex. In those buses, the temporary bus stop valve may activate unintentionally and apply the brakes, causing them to overheat. Brakes that overheat can increase the risk of a fire (NHTSA Recall Notice, No. 25V279, Report receipt date: Apr. 25, 2025).

    Remedy. Temsa will inspect the multiplex, update the software, and repair the wiring harness as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 12, 2025.
