Antitrust Law Daily Wrap Up, LAW FIRM NEWS: Yookyung Moon named antitrust partner in Sheppard Mullin’s Seoul office, (Oct 9, 2014)

Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP has announced that foreign legal consultant Yookyung Moon has been promoted to partner in the firm’s Seoul Office. Moon is a member of the Firm’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation practice.

Before joining Sheppard Mullin’s Foreign Legal Consultant Office in Seoul, Moon practiced in the firm’s San Francisco and Shanghai offices. She was previously senior legal counsel on Samsung Electronics, Co., Ltd.’s Global Legal Affairs & Compliance Team in Seoul.

Moon focuses her practice on complex business litigation and white collar criminal matters, with a particular emphasis on antitrust and unfair competition issues. She also assists corporations in developing and implementing antitrust audit and compliance programs, as well as compliance training for executives and employees. Moon received her LL.B. and M.A. from Ewha Womans University College of Law, an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center, and an LL.M. from New York University School of Law.
