    International law firm White & Case LLP has added Yann Utzschneider as a partner in the firm’s Global Antitrust Practice. He will lead the Paris office’s competition, European Union (EU) law, and economic regulation practice, the firm has announced.

    Utzschneider focuses his practice on competition, distribution, consumer law, and advertising. He has extensive experience in notification of concentrations, cartels, abuse of dominant position, major distribution, and litigation. Currently, he is overseeing various EU and French matters regarding abuse of dominant positions and anticompetitive practices across a range of industry sectors, including banking, consumer goods, and pharmaceuticals.
