    Sherman & Sterling LLP has welcomed antitrust attorney John F. Cove, Jr. as a partner in the firm’s Litigation Group. He joins the firm’s San Francisco office from Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, Sherman & Sterling announced.

    Cove, formerly a trial attorney with the Justice Department’s Antitrust Division, focuses his practice on litigating antitrust matters, including price fixing, boycott, monopolization, and direct and indirect purchaser class actions. He has represented clients in a broad range of industries, including airlines, chemicals, computer software, entertainment, financial services, telecommunications, and various consumer products.
