Barrister Nicola Chesaites has joined Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan as of counsel in the firm’s London office. She was previously an associate with Covington & Burling in Brussels.

Chesaites focuses her practice on competition damages litigation and litigation before the European Union courts in Luxembourg. She has represented clients before the English High Court in competition damages claims and has advised on pan-European competition litigation. Chesaites also has represented clients in a wide variety of judicial actions before the EU’s General Court and Court of Justice.

A graduate of Education College of Europe (LL.M., European Community Law, 2004), University of Westminster (LL.B, European Legal Studies, 2000), and Université Paris X, Nanterre (Licence), she is admitted to practice as a barrister in England and Wales.
