    International law firm Paul Hastings LLP has added patent and antitrust litigator Chad Peterman as a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice. He joins the firm’s New York office from Patterson Belknap, Paul Hastings has announced.

    Peterman has an extensive background in the Life Sciences and Technology industries. He has represented major pharmaceutical companies in complex antitrust litigations, ANDA litigations, arbitrations, and mediations. In addition, he has represented major medical equipment, semiconductor, software, and telecommunications companies in patent litigations. Peterman also handles IP transactional matters, including rendering patent opinions and negotiating various IP agreements.
