International law firm Paul Hastings LLP has added attorney James Koenig to the firm’s Privacy and Cybersecurity practice as of counsel. He joins the firm’s New York office from Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., an American management consulting firm.
Koenig focuses his privacy practice on global privacy compliance, security/cybersecurity; and breach response; new data uses relating to the cloud and big data; and regulatory investigations and enforcement actions. He offers a full range of privacy, cybersecurity, and data management regulatory, compliance, investigatory, and counseling legal services. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Koenig built and led global privacy, cybersecurity and incident response, and data management practices at two global consulting firms.
