    Morgan Lewis has expanded its antitrust and competition practice with the addition of attorneys Omar Shah and Joanna Christoforou, who join the firm as partner and of counsel, respectively. Both EU competition lawyers join the firm’s London office, the firm announced.

    Shah concentrates his practice on defending clients in complex global cartel and anti-corruption investigations. He also represents clients in antitrust matters, with an emphasis on the intersection of competition law and media/communications regulation. Also focusing her practice on competition and antitrust law, Christoforou represents clients in EU and UK competition matters and defends clients with regard to investigations, competition disputes, cartels, dawn raids, dominance, pricing, discounts, promotions, parallel trade, and refusals to supply.
