The law firm of LeClairRyan has expanded into the Sacramento market with the opening of a new office, which will be led by newly-added partners Robert S. McWhorter and Kevin T. Collins. Both McWhorter and Collins were previously partners at Nossaman LLP.
McWhorter will oversee the ongoing operations of the Sacramento office. His practice focuses in part on franchise litigation and other business and corporate litigation. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago, his law degree from Wayne State University School of Law, and his graduate degree from the University of Michigan.
Collins is a trial attorney who concentrates his practice in part on complex litigation and antitrust. He represents clients in a wide range of industries, from title insurers to developers, public agencies, financial institutions, and global auto-manufacturers. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Redlands and his law degree from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law.
