International law firm K&L Gates LLP has welcomed Carlos White as of counsel in the firm’s corporate/M&A and franchise practice. He joins the firm’s Dallas office from McGlinchey Stafford PLLC.
White has extensive experience in the legal compliance aspects of franchising, including offers, sales, advertising, transfers, renewals, and terminations, in addition to the structuring of domestic and international franchise disclosure documents and programs. He also advises clients—including hotel and hospitality companies, medical equipment manufacturers, and private equity firms—on a wide range of corporate governance and strategic issues.
White received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and B.S. from Southern University. He is admitted to the Bar of Texas.
