    International law firm K&L Gates has welcomed competition attorney Ayman Guirguis as a partner in the firm’s Antitrust, Competition & Trade Regulation and Mergers & Acquisitions practices. He joins the firm’s Sydney office from Corrs Chambers Westgarth, K&L Gates has announced.

    Guirguis has significant experience advising clients on various aspects of competition law and consumer law matters, including the implications of mergers, joint ventures, and supply chain issues. He also defends clients alleged to have participated in cartels or other anticompetitive arrangements.
